Kai Mayleen is here!!
Well it has been a long time since I have blogged so there has been a lot that has happened. Our precious daughter Kai Mayleen Scott was born on August 30, 2009. She is beautiful and wonderful! We are so blessed to have her. It was a long hot summer until she arrived and now the weather has cooled and everyone is enjoying our new family. Erin just adores her little sister and it is so cute to watch her with the baby. Tre doesn’t interact much with sister yet but he laughs when she cries so he is off to being a tormenting older brother already.
I feel like I should have so much more to write about but my life is boring. I am still in school, I will finish my associates next year. It is nice to have that accomplishment coming so soon, but it still seems like a long time until I finish, especially since I will probably go on for my masters.
Erin is doing well. She is funny as ever with a little sassy attitude! I hate to say that it is cute because I am sure it won’t be once she is a couple years older but I do like that she is able to express her feelings.
Tre is back into PT after having a break while I was pregnant. He is growing more and more everyday and I don’t know how I will lift him much longer. He does seem to be improving ever so slightly and slowly. It is so hard when we see family we haven’t seen in awhile. The improvements are so slight, but I don’t think that everyone can quite grasp that he will not ever improve great lengths and that he will require constant care for the rest of his precious life.
Bobby is wonderful. He is so sweet as a daddy. I love him so much even though sometimes life gets in the way of showing him my appreciation. It is so hard to ever have time for ourselves but I hope he knows that he is my rock and I do appreciate all he does for me.
